Pre-Order Items
Items marked as pre-order may take 1–7 business days to process before shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days. Pre-order items are shipped through USPS international partners. Tracking updates will appear on USPS.com once the package clears U.S. customs.
International Shipping Policy

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it. If you provided an incorrect address and the package is returned to us, you are responsible for paying the reshipment fee. Orders cannot be canceled or refunded due to incorrect address entry. Returned packages will be held for up to 20 days, and we will notify you of the reshipment cost.

Multiple Tracking Numbers
You may receive more than one tracking number if items in your order are shipped from both our main office and our warehouse. In some cases, USPS may merge your packages into one shipment; in others, they may arrive separately. Tracking information will be sent to you via email or SMS.
If your order contains a mix of in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
