  • Orders are processed within 2–8 business days.

  • Pre-order items are processed within 1–7 business days before shipment.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

  • We ship via USPS and UPS.

  • Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days after processing for U.S. orders.

  • Pre-order items typically take 7–20 days to arrive once shipped.

  • International shipping: Processing takes 3–7 business days; delivery typically occurs within 2–3 weeks after shipment.

📬 Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

📮 Incorrect Address Disclaimer:
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Barbie PlugHouse is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it to you at your expense.
