Barbie PlugHouse maintains a strict no refund or exchange policy.
All sales are final.
However, we value our customers and stand by the quality of our products. If there is an issue with your order that is determined to be a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product, missing item), we are more than willing to resolve the issue under the following conditions:
To Qualify for Review:

You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.

You must provide photo or video proof clearly showing the issue.

Once received, we will review your concern and respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps. If eligible, we will offer a replacement or credit at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for the following:
